Yesterday we went for another fabulous event “Agile adoption vs Transformation” organized and sponsored by Scaleup consultants.
It was our fourth meetup and we felt really happy and amazed the way it’s scaling up.
It was a challenge to wake up early and reach by 9 to the venue on Saturday but now we have seen the change which leads us to get up early and reach venue on time. Believe us, it’s worth it.

When we are asked about “what is Agile” There are usually lots of interesting answers by members that it is co-ordination, transparency, focusing on team etc. But all these are characteristics of Agile and we learn that in fact it’s a manifesto.
